The Current State Risk Assessment combines over 500 Discovery Questions to identify risk according to the very specific needs of an organization's service lines, locations, and staffing structures.

Topics are organized by "Module" to be include the breadth of workplace safety scenarios and best practices.

Collaborate with team members to take advantage of diverse experience and expertise. Assignments can be made to individuals by module to contribute to the risk assessment, and the compilation of an actionable workplace violence prevention playbook. Your Project Lead can track assignments by deadline, send reminders, and answer questions from the team directly in the app.
